Whether it’s for a routine oil/tire change or a one-off repair, I know that my car is always in great hands with Dave, Cam, and their trustworthy team of mechanics. I moved to St. Catharines a couple years ago and a quick internet search to find the best mechanic in town led me to their shop - for once, the internet was not wrong! They are always professional, honest, and knowledgeable, while their prices are very reasonable for the quality of their work. Their shop is busy - understandably so - but they always remain respectful of your time and willing to go the extra mile to help you out. I’ve made the mistake of taking my car to a few other auto shops within walking distance of my home in Merritton, a mistake I won’t make again (I’ll bus home if I have to)! A part of me didn’t want to leave this review because I selfishly wanted to keep their shop as much of a secret as possible, but it seems like the secret has already been out for a long time, and I would be doing them a disservice by not leaving a raving 5-star review, they deserve it. They are shining example of how all businesses should be run, let alone auto shops, and they will have my business for as long as I live in the area. They are the best in the business. Have you ever felt you needed a bath after dealing with sleazy, disgusting tactics used by “authorized” service centres? These guys are the remedy. Exceptional knowledge and incredible ability to make you feel the opposite of how you feel dealing with the worst at authorized service centres. Cam was great and put my mind at ease with my relatively older car. Turns out my car was not falling apart and I did not need the extensive, almost restoration like job on a 2015 Nissan like the “authorized” service centre would have me believe. I am glad I went to the team at Central Service after reading the reviews and I hope this review helps others like me from feeling like they have been scammed. I will take all my business to them in the future even if I were to move away. Thank you for putting my mind at ease.
